Inspection
Your inspection
will reveal the overall condition of the home. If problems are identified,
that does not mean you should not buy the home, only that you will know
in advance what to expect. You now have the information to discuss repairs
prior to the closing on the home. If your budget is tight or you are not
interested in managing repairs, this information is important to you.
Even homes that appear in good condition are sometimes found to have hidden problems or safety concerns. These issues will be discussed at the inspection review.
Through the inspection process you will have learned many things about your new home and you will be able to complete your home purchase with confidence.
